Clark plumbing didn’t a excellent job in replacing aged toilets in our home. Their plumber was courteous, caring, very capable and knowledgeable, friendly etc. can’t say enough positive about this. All around a great experience. Recommend them to anyone looking for a Great Plumber and company.

Great company to work with. They are professional and my technician(Efren) explained everything he did and showed my why the valves had failed under the kitchen sink. He pointed out other areas of concern to be handled when he returns. I will not use anyone else for plumbing and HVAC needs.
We have been using Thomas Clark Plumbing since we lived in a co-op in DC in the 1980s. They have a deep understanding of older homes in the DC area. Our most recent experience was to have them replace a defective (obsolete) shut-off for the water supply line to our failing refrigerator ice maker. I called them in mid afternoon and had a plumber at my door by 4:00 pm that day. The plumber was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He replaced the shut-off in less than a half hour and saved me from a flooded kitchen! They're the best!

At some point during the night, our water heater died and spilled its guts on our basement floor. Clark & Co. did their best to try to get us hot water even though the weekend was staring us all in the face. But they succeeded! We appreciated their dedication to getting the job done!

There are a few times in life that I have taken the time to leave a review. I find that most of the time people write reviews when they are dissatisfied. My A/C stopped working last Sunday and I called Thomas E Clark and the owner called me back. within 2 hours he sent Matt over to look at the unit. After attempting some repairs it turned out that the 16 year old unit needed to be replaced. Mike called me Sunday night and was able to get Mike had an estimator out Monday morning and I had a proposal in my email within an hour with several pricing options. We decided on an option and Mike was able to work us into an already jam packed schedule. He sent a crew over that started working on the job at 3pm and did not leave until 11pm. Carlos the technician refused to leave because he knew about the upcoming heat wave and wanted to make sure when he came out on Saturday to finish the job we had cool air by the afternoon. Mike and Carlos were some of the best contractors I have ever worked with. And the pricing was much better then the other 2 quotes including Micheal and Sons.
